Everything we do — personally and professionally — in some way casts a ripple that affects others. Think of it as “six degrees of separation” meets social-contagion effect. Small acts can beget far-flung consequences, true. Concerted action can change history.
EHE is charting decisive paths to create wide-reaching change. We, and you, are increasing opportunities for all children, families and communities — especially the most vulnerable — so that they can reach their full living and learning potential. Our alumni tackle problems such as autism, youth homelessness and poor nutrition. EHE faculty members forge novel research to enrich lives. And we all push toward a better tomorrow by fostering the next generation of innovative thinkers and doers — in the college and beyond.
Academicians sometimes chart concept maps to illustrate relationships between ideas; mind maps, their simpler cousins, depict nonlinear thinking. We think this Inspire map is a snapshot of a much larger one, an atlas if you will, showing the impact of EHE and its alumni on our world.
